摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对帕金森症(PD)的临床应用效果。方法将80例PD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理方法,治疗组给予综合护理干预,分析比较2组的临床效果。结果经护理干预后,治疗组患者ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够显著提高PD患者的日常生活活动能力,改善负性情绪反应,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for Parkinson＇s disease. Methods 80 cases of PD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group using conventional methods of nursing,the treatment group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,two groups were analyzed and compared the clinical effect of prognosis of stem. Results after nursing intervention,the patients in the treatment group the ADL score was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）,quality of life was significantly better than the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the activity of daily living in patients with PD,improve the negative emotional reaction, improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
