临床护理路径在支撑喉镜声带息肉围术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结临床护理路径在支撑喉镜声带息肉围术期护理中的应用效果。方法将40例患者随机分为路径组和对照组各20例,路径组应用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组接受常规护理。结果路径组患者平均住院天数、住院费用较对照组明显减少,患者对护理工作的满意度及健康知识掌握情况明显高于对照组。结论临床护理路径应用于支撑喉镜声带息肉患者的围术期,能缩短平均住院日、减少医疗费用,提高了患者对健康知识的掌握程度、护理质量及患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To summarize the effect of application of clinical nursing path in the vocal polyps laryngoscope in perioperative operation nursing. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 20 cases in each group,the clinical nursing pathway group application path of care,the control group received the routine nursing care. Results the path group average hospitalization days,cost of hospitalization was significantly reduced compared with the control group,the patients satisfaction with nursing work and health knowledge path group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion the application of clinical nursing pathway in laryngoscope vocal cord polyps patients in perioperative period,can shorten the average days of hospitalization,reduce the medical cost, improve patient degree of health knowledge, improve patient satisfaction, improved the quality of nursing, is worth the clinical promotion.
