摘　　要：目的总结影响腹部闭合性损伤早期诊治的相关因素,提出腹部闭合性损伤的诊治原则。方法我院2005年—2014年收治闭合性腹部脏器损伤患者96例,保守治疗24例、剖腹探查72例,分析相关因素对早期诊治的影响。结果治愈92例,死亡4例。结论避免腹部闭合性损伤早期诊治相关因素的影响,提高早期诊治水平是降低病死率的关键。Objective To summarized the influence of early diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injuries related factors,put forward the principle of diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injuries.Methods summed up our hospital from 2005 to 2014 treated 96 cases of blunt abdominal visceral injury,24 cases of conservative treatment,abdominal incision of 72 cases,analyzes the related factors of early diagnosis and treatment of different degree of influence.Results abdominal incision of 72 cases,24 cases of conservative treatment,92 cases cured,4 cases died.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment to avoid with closed abdominal injury related factors,improve the level of early diagnosis and treatment is the key to reduce mortality.
