摘　　要：韶钢1050 m3(6号)高炉采用了串罐无料钟炉顶、陶瓷杯与炭砖的复合结构、先进的炉体冷却系统、铸钢冷却壁、薄壁炉衬、无填沙层平坦化钢结构出铁场、小冲渣等先进技术.高炉设计年产生铁90万t.A series of advanced and suitable new technologies, such as bell less top with central charging hopper, com- bined design of ceramic cup and carbon bricks, advanced furnace cooling system, cast steel cooling stave, thin furnace lin- ing, flattened cast house of steel structure without sand bedding, and compact granulated slag treatment, were adopted in the design of 1050 m3 BF（6#） at SGIS. The design capacity of the BF is 900000 tons of pig iron annually.
