摘　　要：为改善铁精矿与膨润土粘结剂的混合效果,提高生球质量,程潮铁矿球团厂于2009年12月从德国引进了爱利许R24立式混合机。经过一段时间的摸索和操作优化,立混机作业率由最初的85.5%提高到91%,刮刀使用寿命延长,膨润土用量由原来的2.8%降至2.6%,极大地改善了物料的成球性,提高了生球质量,效益显著。In order to increase the mixing effect of iron ore concentrate and bentonite binder and improve green pellet quality, the Eirich R24 vertical mixer was imported from Germany to Chengchao iron ore pelletizing plant in Dec,2009. After a period of tries and operation optimization,the availability of the vertical mixer has been increased to 91% from the original 85.5% ,the service life of scraper has been prolonged, the bentonite consumption has been reduced to 2. 6% from the original 2. 8%, the material ballability has been improved greatly and the green pellets quality has been improved with remarkable benefits.
