浅析“调神”在针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎中的意义

摘　　要：现代研究证实,情志的异常变化是过敏性鼻炎的发病原因之一。过敏性鼻炎的发生与外界刺激密切相关,这种刺激除粉尘、尘螨、花粉等有形过敏原外,还包括来自各个方面无形的精神压力,这些压力导致的情绪异常会降低患者的免疫功能,内外因素的夹杂则致疾病发生且症状反复发作。结合临床中针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的常用处方选穴百会、印堂、五脏背俞穴、太冲、合谷等,分别从脑神、脏神和调气机、畅情志方面对所调之"神"的内涵进行分析,以期为本病的针刺临床防治奠定更坚实的基础。Modern researches have proved that abnormal change of emotions is one cause of allergic rhinitis.Allergic rhinitis is closely related to external stimulus. Besides tangible allergens,such as dust,dust mite and pollen,the stimulus also contains intangible mental pressure from all aspects. Emotional abnormality owing to the stress may decrease patients＇ immune function. Combination of internal and external factors may cause the development of allergic rhinitis and recurrent symptoms. Common points used to treat allergic rhinitis by acupuncture clinically are Baihui（ DU20）,Yintang（ EX-HN3）,back-shu points of five-zang,Taichong（ LR3）,Hegu（ LI4）,etc. This paper analyzes the connotation of mentality from the aspects of brain-mentality,zang-mentality and regulating Qi activity and emotions,in order to lay a solid foundation for prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis by acupuncture.
