摘　　要：神华巴准铁路桥涵工程体量庞大,技术标准要求高,沿线地形和工程地质情况复杂多变,冬季严寒漫长,桥涵工程施工和管理难度大。项目建设中以设计、施工、安全和质量管理为抓手,做好特殊地区桥涵的设计深度,严格执行施工组织设计,优化设计变更;加强对上跨既有铁路施工、高墩施工、旧桥基础防冲刷处理、风沙地区桩基施工以及T梁预制和架设等重点工程的技术管理工作;严格执行《本质安全管理体系》,加强临近既有线、U形谷斜坡桩基施工的安全管理工作;率先引入第三方检测制度,在桥梁施工、混凝土材料以及T梁生产中积极引入新技术、新工艺、新材料及新设备,多种手段加强工程质量控制。目前,巴准铁路已开通试运营。The construction and management of the bridge and culvert projects of Batuta‐Zhun‐geer Railway ,Shenhua Group are challenging since the proportions of the bridges and culverts ac‐counting for the whole railway are high ,the technical standards set for the projects are demanding , the topographic and geological conditions along the railway are complicated and variable and the winter seasons in the area where the railway is located are severely cold and long .In the construc‐tion of the projects ,the design ,construction ,safety and quality management was taken as the im‐portant starting point ,the proper depth of the design of the bridges and culverts in the special area was required to be achieved ,the construction organization design was required to be strictly imple‐mented and the design variations were required to be optimized wherever necessary .The technical management of the critical works ,such as the construction of the bridges spanning the existing railways and the high‐rise piers ,the scouring protection treatment of the old bridge foundations , the construction of the pile foundations in the sandstorm area ,the precasting and erection of the T‐girders ,was intensified .The Intrinsic Safe Management System was strictly followed and the safety management of the construction of the pile foundations close to the existing railways and in the U‐shape valley slopes was strengthened .The third party independent inspection system was introduced to the projects and in the construction of the bridges and production of the concrete ma‐terials and T‐girders ,the new techniques ,workmanships ,materials and equipment were positively encouraged to be applied and the quality control of the construction and production was steadily carried out by a variety of means .At present ,the construction of the Batuta‐Zhungeer Railway is completed and the railway has already been put in the trial operation .
