摘　　要：本文立足国内外奶业生产实际和奶牛生产性能测定状况,在建设现代奶业背景下,从加快奶业转型升级的角度出发,总结了近年来国内开展奶牛生产性能测定工作的基本情况,阐述了奶牛生产性能测定的作用和意义,剖析了当前所面临的机遇和挑战,提出了下一步的对策建议,以期为行业管理、产业发展、奶业研究提供参考。Under the background of construction of a modern dairy industry, this paper has summarized the basic situation in recent years at home and determination of dairy herd improvement starting from the angle of speeding up the transformation and upgrading of the dairy industry, and expounded the function and significance of determination of the dairy herd improvement, then analyzed the opportunities and challenges, at the same time put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for next step. It＇s could provide reference for the study of industry management, industry development and dairy industry.
