摘　　要：生猪目标价格改革的宗旨是让市场在价格形成机制中发挥主导作用。由于目标价格保险几乎不会造成市场和生产的扭曲,未来生猪目标价格保险制度将成为新的趋势。本文在对我国生猪目标价格保险试点进行回溯的基础上,提出了试点过程中发现的问题、困难,以及面临的障碍,进行思考并提出系列建议,希望对我国生猪目标价格保险的有序健康发展产生积极的推动作用。The aim of pig＇s target price reform is to let the market pay leading roles in the formation mechanism of price. As target price insurance measures almost have no trade distorting effects or effects on production, China＇s pig target-price insurance system will become a new trend. This paper points out that the problems , the difficulties and the obstacles found during the process of experiment,on the base of the backtracking of China＇s experiment on pig＇s target price insurance. We had conducted some thinking,and propose suggestions,which would have some positive driving effects on the orderly and healthy development of China pig＇s target price insurance.
