摘 要:分别研究了层状双羟基复合金属氢氧化物(LDHs)及其与两种紫外吸收剂(UV-531和UV-284)复合改性对沥青物理性能、流变性能和抗紫外老化性能的影响。结果表明:与LDHs改性相比,LDHs与紫外吸收剂复合改性可有效抑制沥青的软化点、粘度和复数模量的增大,以及针入度、延度和相位角的减小;紫外老化后,相比于单掺LDHs或紫外吸收剂,LDHs/紫外吸收剂复合改性剂可进一步减小沥青的粘度老化指数、软化点增量和复数模量老化指数,表现出明显的协同效应,这可归因于LDHs和紫外吸收剂复合使用时,被LDHs反射的紫外光会被紫外吸收剂所吸收,从而避免了对沥青分子结构的破坏。Compounds of layered double hydroxides(LDHs) and UV absorbers (UV-531 and UV-284) were used to modify bitumen, and the influences of the compounds on physical proprieties, theological properties and ultraviolet aging resistance of bitumen were investigated. The experimental results show that the compounds can restrain the increase of softening point, viscosity and complex modulus and the decreases of penetration, ductility and phase angle of bitumen as compared with LDHs. After UV aging, the compounds of LDHs and UV absorbers can further reduce the viscosity aging index, softening point increment and the complex modulus aging index in comparison with single LDHs or UV absorbers, indicating a good synergistic effect. Because the UV absorbers can absorb the UV light reflected by LDHs, the synergistic effect of LDHs/UV absorbers can protect the bitumen from destruction which caused by UV light.
