摘  要:以金山店铁矿矿井通风系统为研究背景,采用PLC逻辑编程技术和LabVIEW图形化编程技术,提出构建基于虚拟仪器的深部开采矿井通风智能感知及风机远程集中安全监控系统。上位机LabVIEW监控软件通过与OPC中各标签绑定的共享变量来实现监测参数的实时读取及控制命令的发送,同时使用数据源ODBC中的系统DSN来和SQL数据库连接进行数据的存储和调用。设于矿井风机附近的各类传感器及PLC控制柜,可及时监测风机、电机的工作参数及通风断面环境参数,系统可根据环境参数及人员设备风阻等变化情况,通过智能分析,提出调整各风机的启停或运行频率的最优化建议,在矿山节能减排的基础上,实现矿井通风系统各风机运行状态的动态显示、预警和远程控制功能。实践表明,该系统实现了通风系统的远程监测与控制,提高了矿山企业自动化管理水平和风机统一调控效率,保障了人员设备的作业安全性,降低了通风成本。On the basis of the ventilation system of Jinshandian Iron Mine, the intellisence and remote centralized security monitoring system for ventilation system in deep mining was provided based on virtual instrument using PLC logic programming techniques and LabVIEW graphical programming techniques. The shared variables bound to each label in OPC were used by PC monitoring software to achieve real-time reading of monitoring parameters and sending control commands. At the same time, system DSN in data source ODBC was used to connect SQL database for s^oring and re- calling of the monitoring data. As various sensors and PLC cabinets were set near the ventilation fans, the system can monitor the operating parameters of fans and motors as well as environment parameters in ventilation cross-section in time. Through intelligent analysis, the system can make the most optimal suggestion regulating the start-up and shut- down or rotating frequency of all fans according to the change of working environment parameters, personnel, equipment and ventilation resistance. On the basis of energy conservation, the system realized the dynamic displaying of each fan's operational status, warning and remote controlling. Applications in Jinshandian iron ore showed that the system realized the remote monitoring and control of the ventilation system, improved the automation maoagement level of mining enter prises and unitive control efficiency of fans, accomplished the protection for the security of the staff and facilities and re duced the cost for ventilation.
