摘 要:以吉茶高速公路矮寨大桥为工程背景,介绍了桥梁健康监测系统在悬索桥吊索状态监测中的应用。通过对索力长期监测数据的统计分析发现,桥梁上下游对称位置吊索的测量数据存在一定偏差,但考虑全桥索力总和之后,上、下游吊索索力能保持平衡,这也验证了监测系统的有效性和精度。在此基础之上,采用基于S-N曲线的疲劳寿命评估方法对吊索疲劳寿命进行了预测。利用MATLAB程序结合雨流计数法统计计算了吊索等效应力幅,并对疲劳寿命可靠度进行了评估,认为被测吊索在大桥正常运营期间具有足够的疲劳可靠性。Taking Aizhai Bridge on Jishou- Chadong expressway as the engineering background, we introduced the application of bridge health monitoring system in monitoring suspension hanger cables. Through statistical analysis of long-term monitoring data of cable tension, it is found that ( 1 ) there exist a certain deviation of the measured data between upstream and downstream symmetrical positions on the bridge, but considering the sum of the whole bridge cable forces, it can maintain balance between upstream and downstream cable forces, which verified the validity and accuracy of the monitoring system. On this basis, we predicted the fatigue life of the hanger cables by using fatigue life assessment based on S-N curve. We also calculated the equivalent stress amplitude of the hanger cables using MATLAB program combining with rain flow counting method, and assessed the fatigue life reliability. It is believed that the measured hanger cables have sufficient fatigue reliability during bridge normal operation.
