丹参酮联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参酮胶囊联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、单盲及平行对照的临床研究方法,98例患者分为3组,试验组给予丹参酮口服联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶外用治疗,对照Ⅰ组给予丹参酮口服治疗,对照Ⅱ组给予过氧苯甲酰凝胶外用治疗,于治疗8周后判定疗效。结果试验组有效率为88.24%,对照Ⅰ组有效率为59.38%,对照Ⅱ组有效率为65.63%,试验组和对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两对照组间有效率比较差异无统计学意义。结论丹参酮联合过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗轻、中度痤疮有较好的疗效,不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of tanshinone capsules combined with benzoyl peroxide gel in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods Total 98 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were divided into three groups by a single-blind randomized controlled method. The patients in trial group were treated with oral tanshinone capsules combined with benzoyl peroxide gel externally applied, and the two control groups were given oral tanshinone capsules or benzoyl peroxide gel externally applied respectively. The effective rate was compared after eight weeks. Results The total effective rate of trial group and the other two control groups were 88.24%, 59.38%and 65.63%respectively, there were signiifcant differences between the trial group and the controls. In compare with the controls, the trial group had fewer side effects. Conclusion The combination therapy of tanshinone capsules and benzoyl peroxide gel is effective.
