摘　　要：介绍柳钢120 t转炉炼钢系统铁水脱硫工艺概况,以及对喷吹枪位、喷枪气化室维护、载送气体流量控制、铁水顶渣处理等工艺进行的优化,使单吹颗粒镁铁水预脱硫的脱硫率提高了14.66%,达76.84%,镁的利用率提高了5.54%,达43.42%。The general situation of liquid iron desulphurization process of 120t converter steelmaking sys- tem, the process optimization in respects of lance position, lance vaporizer maintenance, liquid iron top slag treatment were introduced, hence the desulphurization rate of liquid iron pre-desulphurization by singly-in- jecting granulated magnesium could be increased by 14.66%, up to 76.84%, and the magnesium utilization rate was increased by 5.54%, up to 43.42%.
