秃杉人工林经济效益分析

摘　　要：采用动态与静态相结合的经济评价指标,对主伐期秃杉人工林经济效益进行分析。结果表明,26年生秃杉人工林投资项目的总产值为631 860元/hm2,总利润为455 484元/hm2;项目的净现值为15 489.84元/hm2,财务内部收益率15.76%,项目年均利润为17 518.6元/hm2。秃杉人工用材林投资项目处于盈利状态,竞争力较强,并且具备较强抵抗风险的能力。The economic benefit of final felling age Taiwaniaflousiana Gaussen plantation was analyzed adopting the combination of dynamic and static economic rating index. The results showed that 26-year-old Taiwania flousiana Gaussen plantation project had a good benefit. Output value of investment project was 631 860 yuan/hm^2, total profit was 455 484 yuan/hm^2, net present value was 15 489.84 yuan/hm^2, financial internal rate of return was 15.76% and annual profit was 17 518.6 yuan/hm^2. Taiwaniaflousiana Gaussen plantation investment project at a profit, competitiveness was strong, and also had a strong ability to resist risk, all of these made the project more advantages in the competition.
