摘 要:研究功劳木药材中总生物碱的固-液萃取动力学特征,为总生物碱的萃取条件选择和优化提供依据。基于Fick第一扩散定律,以萃取体系溶液中总生物碱浓度为目标函数,建立功劳木中总生物碱的固-液萃取动力学方程,探讨药材原料粒度、液固比、萃取温度及时间等因素对总生物碱萃取的影响。实验结果表明,所建立的动力学方程完全能够描述功劳木中总生物碱的固-液萃取过程,减少原料粒度、提高萃取温度有利于功劳木中总生物碱的萃取,在5ц20 mL/g范围内,液固比总生物碱的萃取影响不大。研究结果对功劳木中总生物碱的工业萃取条件选择具有指导作用。To understand the solid-liquid extraction kinetics of total alkaloids from Caulis mahoniae, and provide a basis for the choice and optimization of extraction conditions, a kinetic equation for to-tal alkaloids from Caulis mahoniae was presented based on Fick's first law of diffusion. The effects of extraction time, particle size, ratio of solvent to solid and extraction temperature on concentration of total alkaloids in liquid phase were investigated. The experimental data of total alkaloids extracted from Caulis mahoniae could perfectly described with the kinetic equation. The small particles and high temperature are beneficial to total alkaloids extraction, and however the ratio of solvent to solid exhibits a relatively small influence on solid-liquid extraction process.
