摘　　要："青马工程"作为一项针对高校大学生思想政治教育的有力抓手,实施7年以来取得了诸多成效。在充分理解新时期高校实施"青马工程"基本内涵的基础上,客观分析了实施"青马工程"对大学生骨干思想政治素养、理论研究水平和社会实践能力的提高和促进作用,总结了目前"青马工程"实现对大学生骨干培养的基本途径。Young Marxists Training Project, as a powerful gripper of ideological and political education tor col- lege students, has achieved a lot during the seven years since it was conducted. On the basis of understanding of the basic implications of Young Marxists Training Project which is conducted by colleges in the new period, the au- thor analyzes objectively the function of development and promotion of the project on ideological and political quali- ty, theoretical research level and the improvement of social practice ability for college student leaders, and summa- rizes the basic approach to training college student leaders with the project under diocussion.
