摘　　要：针对图书馆构建高校科研成果数据库面临的一些实际问题,文章从数据来源、平台选择、数据库功能及相关法律风险四个方面进行分析,并依据相关问题提出相应对策。There are some existing problems when the database of scientific＆ technological achievements is being constructed in the library of university. In this paper, the related problems including the database sources, database platform, database function and legal risks were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.
