摘　　要：俞景茂教授提出鞘膜积液的病因、病机为脾肾不足,肝郁寒凝,治疗上从脾、肾、肝三脏入手,同时将本病分为急性期和缓解期,采用健脾益肾、疏肝利湿的方法,突出温阳法在本病中的关键作用,临床疗效满意。并附验案1则,以资说明。Professor YU Jingmao proposed that the deficiency and cold and liver-qi stasis. In the treatment, etiology and pathogenesis of hydrocele is spleen and kidney professor ~U Jingmao focused on spleen, kidney and liver and divided this disease into the acute and the remittent stage, took the method of tonifying spleen and kidney, dis- persing stagnated liver-qi and eliminating dampness. The critical function of warming yang was also highlighted in treating the disease. Satisfactory clinical effect was often obtained. A cured case is enclosed for verification.
