菖蒲郁金汤加减治疗小儿多发性抽动症60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察菖蒲郁金汤加减治疗多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法 60例多发性抽动症患儿采用菖蒲郁金汤加减治疗3月,治疗前后采用DSM-IV中耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表进行计分,并评价治疗3月与治疗后6月的临床疗效。结果治疗后运动抽动、发声抽动评分及抽动总分均较治疗前差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗3月与治疗后6月总有效率分别为93.33%,90.00%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病程在1年以内的患儿治疗效果最佳,总有效率为100.00%,明显优于病程更长的患儿(P<0.05)。结论菖蒲郁金汤能明显改善患儿运动抽动、发声抽动的症状,减少抽动综合损害,治疗儿童多发性抽动症疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Changpu Yujin Tang in the treatment of in- fantile transient tic disorder. Methods 60 cases of infantile transient tic disorder were treated with Changpu Yujin Tang with modification for syndromes for 3 months, with Yale tie severity scale of DSM-IV used to score for evalua- tion of 3 months treatment and 6 months treatment efficacy. Results There were significantly statistical differences comparing the scores of movement tics, vocal tics and total tics after treatment with those before treatment （P〈0. 05）. The overall response rates of treatment after 3 months and 6 months were respectively 93.33% and 90.00% , and the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The clinical effect was the best for the children with disease course within 1 year, with the over response rate of 100.0% , significantly better than ones with longer disease course （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Changpu Yujin Tang can obviously improve chil- dren＇ s movement tic and vocal tic symptoms and reduce the damage of tics, has definite clinical effect in the treat- ment of infantile transient tie disorder.
