心达康片对小儿病毒性心肌炎心肌酶和肌钙蛋白I的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心达康片治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效及对患儿心肌酶和肌钙蛋白I的影响。方法 100例病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予心达康片治疗。1个疗程后观察2组治疗前后谷草转氨酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDHU)及血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的水平。结果治疗组总有效率为94.00%,对照组为80.00%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗组心电图ST-T未加重率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组AST,CPK,CK-MB,LDH,HBDHU水平均低于对照组,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组cTnI水平低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论心达康片治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,不良反应小,可以明显改善患儿心肌酶和cTnI的水平。Objective To study the clinical effect of Xindakang Tablets in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children, and its impact on myocardial enzymes and troponin I of patients. Methods 100 cases of children with vi- ral myocarditis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group ,50 cases each. The control group was given conventional treatment. The treatment group, on the basis of conventional therapy, was given Xindakang treatment. After one course of treatment, the aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, creatine phosphate kinase （CPK）, creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB）, lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, alpha hydroxy butyric acid dehy- drogenase （HBDHU） and serum cardiac troponin I （cTnI） levels in two groups were observed. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.00% , higher than that of the control group 80.00%, and there was signifi- cantly statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The non-exacerbation rate of electrocardiogram ST-T in the treatment group （96.00%） was higher than that in the control group （84.00%）, and there was significantly statistical difference （P〈0.05）. After treatment, AST, CPK, CK-MB, LDH,and HBDHU level in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After the treatment,the serum level of cTnI in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P〈O. 05 ）. ral myocarditis, with level in patients.
