电视透视下空气灌肠整复法加中药治疗婴儿肠套叠的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析电视透视下空气灌肠整复法加中药治疗婴儿肠套叠的护理效果。方法将收治的80例患有肠套叠疾病的婴儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用空气灌肠整复法加中药治疗并对患儿进行优质护理,对照组采用空气灌肠整复法加中药治疗小儿肠套叠并对患儿进行常规护理。比较2组患儿复位成功率和治疗后的满意度。结果治疗组的复位成功率及护理的满意度均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论电视透视下空气灌肠整复法加中药治疗小儿肠套叠的优质护理效果显著,减小了患儿在治疗中的痛苦,值得在临床上推广运用。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of air enema reduction method in television perspective combined with TCM treating pediatric intussusception. Methods 80 cases with infantile intussusception disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group （n = 40）. The treatment group were treated with air enema reduction method combined with TCM and also high quality nursing, the control group were treated with air enema reduction method combined with TCM and also routine nursing, the restoration success rate and the satis- faction degree were compared. Results The restoration success rate and the satisfaction degree in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Air enema reduction method in television perspective combined with TCM has remarkable clinical effect treating pediatric intussusception, reducing the pain of children in the treatment and receiving popu- larity and trust from people, worthy of clinical promotion.
