摘　　要：文章提出构建基于VIKOR妥协解的综合模型,将TOPSIS法和GRA法以折衷妥协的形式进行综合,利用两种方法的优势,同时反映各备选方案与理想方案的整体接近程度及内部变化趋势,以克服传统的单一TOPSIS法和GRA法所带来的评价结果的片面性;并运用该综合模型完成了对案例公司供应商的评价选择以验证其可行性。In this paper ,an integrated model based on VIKOR compromise solution is established .The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution （TOPSIS） method and the grey relational analysis （GRA ） method are integrated by compromise form ,and the overall proximity and internal variation trend between alternatives and ideal scheme for each are presented using the advantages of the two methods ,thus overcoming the one sidedness of the evaluation result brought by traditional TOPSIS method or GRA method .Then the evaluation and selection of suppliers of a company are completed using the proposed integrated model to verify the feasibility of the model .
