论高新技术对中国产业结构升级的促进作用

摘　　要：首先指出现阶段中国经济发展中的产业结构的突出问题是产业素质低下,产业结构水平低,中国当前产业结构调整的核心是产业结构升级。然后分析了发展高新技术对促进中国各产业结构升级的积极作用,并针对当前一些认识上的误区和问题,提出应该重视先进管理技术的开发和应用、重视高新技术对传统产业的改造、应以企业作为产业结构调整的主体、重视引进发达国家的先进技术等政策建议。Firstly the paper points out that poor quality of industry and lower level of industrial structure are important problems of industrial structure in China.So upgrading industrial structural is focal point of structural adjustment of industry.And then,the paper analyses the crucial effect of high&new technology on promoting industrial structure to upgrade in China.Aiming at some mistakes,the paper brings forward some policy suggestions.
