摘  要:额定发热电流为25 A的凸轮开关,通常根据GB 14048.3、UL 60947-4-1a测试其限制短路电流。由于国标与UL标准的试验程序对限制短路电流的测试顺序不同,导致其测试结果也不尽相同。按国标试验通过的凸轮开关在采用UL标准规定的试验程序测试时,常发生动触头和静触头严重焊接的现象,不能通过试验。本文从触头尺寸、触头材料、触头压力等方面进行优化设计,避免触头被斥开和熔焊,同时确保触头同步性、保障开关寿命,使触头能够同时通过国标与UL标准规定的限制短路电流试验。Conditional short-circuit current testing of contact for 25 A cam switches is mainly based on GB 14048.3 and UL 60947-4-1a. There are different results due to GB 14048.3 has different test sequence from UL 60947-4-1a. Carrying out short-circuit current test on the contacts, some contacts which successfully go through GB experiments usually fail in UL. Their moving contact and static contact are heavily welded. In this paper, considering size, material and pressure, the contact is optimized to avoid the contacts separate from each other or weld, while to ensure the synchronization of the contact and lifetime of the switch. Therefore, the optimal design ensures the contacts are able to pass the GB and UL conditional short-circuit current test simultaneously.
