摘 要:通过对变频电机用绝缘电磁线进行高频脉冲电老化试验,研究了绝缘电磁线的电老化寿命及其变化规律。采用电子能谱仪和显微镜对绝缘电磁线表面在电老化过程中的析出物进行了成分分析和形貌表征。结果表明:绝缘电磁线在施加一定电压条件下会出现局部放电,其寿命随施加电压的增加呈指数式衰减,在电老化过程中电磁线绝缘表面有白色析出物质,对试样表面析出物进行能谱分析发现C、O、Mg、Si、Ca增加较多,击穿点周围C、F、Cu元素含量大幅度增加。新试样表面平坦且没有杂质,而经过电老化后的电磁线试样表面团聚物堆积、凹凸不平。The electrical ageing life and its change rule of electromagnetic wire insulation for inverter-fed motor were studied through high frequency pulse electrical ageing test. The composition and morphology of the precipitates appeared on the eletromagnetic wire insulation surface during electrical ageing were analyzed by electron spectroscopy and microscope. The results show that the partial discharge would appear when electromagnetic wire is applied certain voltage, and its life decreases exponentially with the increase of applied voltage. Some white precipitates are found on the electromagnetic wire insulation surface. It is found that the C, O, Mg, Si, and Ca element content in precipitates increase a lot through analyzing the energy spectra of samples, and the C, F, and Cu element content increase significantly around the breakdown point. The new sample has smooth surface and no impurities, and the surface of electrical ageing sample is uneven and accumulated with agglomerate.
