摘 要:通过给含油污泥中添加助剂,采用高速分散法制备出含油污泥乳化液。测试了含油污泥乳化液的类型、平均粒径及稳定性。用含油污泥乳化液作为捕收剂进行了韩城煤的浮选研究,并与煤油作为捕收剂的浮选性能进行了对比。结果表明:含油污泥乳化液为水包油型,平均粒径为4.8μm,在室温放置90 d不分层。含油污泥乳化液作为捕收剂浮选韩城煤样的最佳条件:捕收剂质量分数9.0 kg/t,起泡剂质量分数0.3 kg/t,矿浆质量浓度100 g/L。含油污泥乳化液的浮选性能与煤油接近,但成本显著降低。Oily sludge emulsions were prepared by a high-speed mixing method. The type,average size and stability of the emulsions were tested. The coal flotation performance of the oily sludge emulsions was investigated and compared with that of kerosene. The results show that the oily sludge emulsions are of oil-in-water type. The average size of the oily sludge emulsions is about 4. 8 μm. The oily sludge emulsions are kept stable for 90 d at room temperature. The optimum conditions for the coal flotation with the oily sludge emulsions as collector are as follows: the collector mass fraction is 9. 0 kg / t,the foaming agent mass fraction is 0. 3 kg / t and the coal pulp mass concentration is 100 g / L. The coal flotation performance of the oily sludge emulsions is close to that of kerosene,while the former is much cheaper.
