摘 要:可钻桥塞分段压裂既能同时满足不限级数和大排量压裂的需求,又能满足压后井筒畅通,利于井下作业和生产,对非常规油气藏体积压裂具有较强适应性。通过分簇射孔参数优化、分段压裂参数优化,配套桥塞选型及井口装置、泵送及钻磨参数研究,形成了可钻桥塞分段压裂技术,解决了大排量压裂与井筒畅通的矛盾,在川西气田开展三井次先导试验,最大分段数达到15段,最多射孔簇数43簇,最高施工排量18 m3/min,压后成功钻磨桥塞。Drillable bridge plug staged fracturing can achieve unlimited number of stages and large displacement fracturing,and make sure the well-bore is full size after fracturing to be beneficial to down hole operation and production,having strong adaptability to the unconventional oil and gas reservoir volume fracturing. By optimizing the parameters of multi-cluster perforation and staged-fracturing,matching drillable bridge plug and wellhead,and optimization the parameters of pumping and drilling bridge plug,the drillable bridge plug staged-fracturing technology,which can resolve the large displacement and full size contradictions,has been formed. Three wells of pilot tests have been developed in western Sichuan gas field,the largest stage of it is 15,and the most multi-cluster perforation is 43 clusters,and the maximum displacement is 18 m3 / min,and all bridge plugs were drilled successfully.
