摘 要:针对某300 MW锅炉效率偏低的问题,通过锅炉效率试验、风机效率试验、空气预热器漏风率试验、氧量表计标定试验及氧量场标定试验,最终确定了锅炉效率偏低的原因是空气预热器入口氧量表计指示值偏低。将运行氧量降至1.14%,锅炉运行效率提高约0.52个百分点,厂用电率降低约0.34个百分点,影响煤耗降低约2.7 g/(k W·h)。Aiming at the problem of lower efficiency of a 300 MW boiler,some experiments were carried out,which include the boiler efficiency test,the draft fan efficiency test,the experiment of air leakage rate of the air preheater,the oxygen meter calibration test and the oxygen fileld calibration test. Finally,the reason of lower boiler efficiency is that the indicated value of the oxygen meter in inlet of the air preheater was lower than the true value. The operation oxygen was reduced to 1. 14 %,the boiler operation efficiency raised by 0. 52 percentage,the house power consumption rate reduced by 0. 34 percentage,and the coal consumption rate reduced by 2. 7 g /( kW ·h).
