摘  要:针对全井筒工程参数测量的需要,设计基于微芯片示踪技术的全井筒压力温度采集器。示踪器由传感器、电子线路和封装外壳组成,系统功耗低(小于30mW),体积小(Φ16mm),重量轻(4g),测量压力达到60 MPa,测量温度达到100℃。在井筒压力温度采集过程中,示踪器被投入井筒内,浮在钻井液里并随钻井液运动,最后从井筒底部返回地面,在这一循环过程中,示踪器连续采集井筒中流体的压力和温度。作为一种可扩展的随钻测量平台,示踪器可以为钻井工程、井漏识别、压裂作业、井下高速数据传输等领域提供服务。To meet the need of measuring parameters such as temperature and pressure over entire borehole, a new data acquisition technology based on microchip-tracer is designed. The microchip-tracer consists of sensors, electronic circuit and the package, which shows some merits such as low power consumption, small volume and light mass, and can record pressure and temperature below 60 MPa and 100 ~C. As a new data acquisition technology, this instrument is placed in borehole, floats in circulating drilling fluids and moves from down-hole to up-hole. During this process, the instrument acquires pressure, temperature and carries down-hole data back to ground. As an open platform, the instrument would service for drilling engineering, lost circulation prevention, fracture monitoring, and high-speed data transmission from down-hole to ground.
