摘  要:建立雷公藤总三萜质量分数的测定方法.比较研究了不同对照品、显色条件对雷公藤提取物中总三萜测定的影响.以去甲泽拉木醛为对照时,香兰素-冰醋酸-高氯酸显色系下对照品溶液不能显色,间二硝基苯-氢氧化钾显色系下的测定结果偏小;香兰素-冰醋酸-高氯酸显色系下,以雷公藤红素为对照时的测定结果偏大;该显色系下以齐墩果酸为对照的UV测定方法,其专属性、准确度、精密度、线性和稳定性均良好,更适用于雷公藤总三萜的质量分数测定.A method had been developed to measure the quality fraction of total triterpenoid of extracts from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. f . Comparative researches had been made on the effects of different control samples and chromogenic conditions under UV spectrophotometry. It was not colored in vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid chromogenic system when demethylzeylasteral was used as control, and the results showed that the quality fraction was smaller than it should be in m-nitrobenzene-potassium hydroxide chromogenic system. While tripterine was used as control sample, vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid acted as chromogenic system, the results was largely deviated from the expected. The best method that based on oleanolic acid as control sample and vanillin-gIacial acetic acid-perchloric acid acted as chromogenic system showed satisfactory spcificity with high accuracy and precision and good linearity and stability which could be used to determine the quality fraction of total triterpenoid in Tripterygium Wil fordii Hook. f.
