摘　　要：山丘区小流域综合治理对防治水土流失、改善生态环境、推动区域经济发展、全面建成小康社会具有重要意义。分析了广东省山丘小流域综合治理现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,根据山丘区小流域特点提出基于灾害防治的生态清洁小流域综合治理思路,对小流域分类综合治理;以瑶安小流域综合治理试点为例,进行分析提出治理措施,取得良好的治理效果,为山丘区小流域综合治理提供技术参考。Small watershed comprehensive management in hilly regions to prevent and control of soil erosion and improve ecological environment, promoting regional economic development and building a well - off society in an all - round way is of great significance. The current situation of hilly small watershed comprehensive and problems was analyzed. On this basis, according to the characteristics of the hilly regions watershed small watershed comprehensive management ideas based on disaster prevention and control of ecological clean was put forward. Small watershed was classified to management. Take Yaoan small watershed as an example, after studied measures were raised. The management idea can provide technical reference on hilly regions small watershed comprehensive management.
