摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定活血益肾散中丹参酮ⅡA含量。方法采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Gamini-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（85∶15）,检测波长为270 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温35℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0.09168~1.146μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.99999）,平均加样回收率为97.07%,RSD=1.69%（n=6）。结论该方法操作简单、结果准确、重现性好,可用于活血益肾散中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for determining tanshinone IIA content in huoxueyishen powder by HPLC. Method： Tanshinone IIA was analysed by using Phenomenex Gamini-Ct8 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of methanol-water （85：15） at the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wave- length was 270 nm,column temperature was 35 ℃. Result： The linear regression equation of tanshinone IIA was from 0.09168 μg to 1.146 μg, the average recoveries were 97.07% with RSD of 1.69%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable and accurate,and can be used for the determination of tanshinone IIA content in huox- ueyishen powder.
