摘　　要：从港口装卸作业线的源头设备翻车机系统入手,结合最上游皮带的皮带秤实时数据,以Intouch软件为平台,以AB PLC为载体,开发了一套集实时监控、绘制曲线和自动打印于一体的"安全平稳操作动态监控系统",并结合相应的管理举措,有效地解决了影响皮带机输煤效益的三大难题,提高了翻卸效率,节约了成本。This article presents development of a dynamical operation safety and smoothness monitoring system. The project is initialized from dealing with the dumper, the beginning equipment of the port loading/unloading operation line. Using the real -time data collected by the electronic belt scale corresponding to upstream part of the belt, with intouch soft- ware being as the platform, the system integrally provides multiple functions of real - time monitoring, curve drawing and automatic printing. United with corresponding management measures, it effectively resolves the general three problems which dramatically affect the coal transport efficiency of the belt conveyer. The material handling efficiency is improved, the cost is saved.
