摘  要:研究了耐热性木聚糖酶预处理麦草原料的工艺,并对酶处理麦草原料与碱法麦草浆酶处理的效果进行对比。结果表明:麦草木聚糖酶预处理适宜条件为酶用量40 IU/g、液比1∶9、p H值7.2、时间4 h、温度95℃。该木聚糖酶能够在中性及相对较高温环境下具有较好的酶学稳定性。对比麦草原料及浆料的木聚糖酶预处理效果表明:麦草原料经木聚糖酶处理后酶解液中还原糖含量为1.14%,而麦草浆酶处理后酶解液的还原糖含量为1.23%;经碱抽提后麦草原料还原糖溶解量增加了0.39%,而浆料则增加1.25%。说明木聚糖酶对麦草浆降解半纤维素作用明显优于对麦草原料的作用,且碱抽提提高了酶处理的效果。It was investigated that thermostable xylanase was used for the pretreatment if the raw material of wheat straw, and compared with treatment of wheat straw pulp. It was found that the suitable pretreatment condition of thermostable xylanase process was as following, the xylanase charge was 40 IU/g, liquor ratio was 1 : 9, pH was 7.2, reaction time was 4h and temperature was 95℃ respectively. The result was shown that thermostable xylanase was very stable under neutral and high temperature conditions. Morever under the pretreatment condition, the thermostable xylanase could give good pretreatment ability as compared with wheat straw pulp, and helped to improve the effect of alkali extraction after pretreatment.
