摘 要:以小麦秸秆作原料,比较了预处理方式如酸处理、酸碱蒸煮联合处理对小麦秸秆的影响。结果表明比较理想的预处理方式是酸处理(6%硝酸、4 h提取时间、100℃提取温度)和酸碱蒸煮(CNaOH(%)=5%、100℃、处理2 h)相结合。用SEM和FT-IR表征了处理前后小麦秸秆的微观形貌、化学结构等,说明了酸碱联合处理可以降低木质素的含量。Taking wheat straw as raw materials, the effect of pretreatment methods such as acid treatment and acid-alkali cooking on wheat straw was compared. The results showed that more satisfactory method was combing the pretreatment acid treatment (6% nitric acid, extraction time for 4 h, extraction temperature for 100℃) with acid-base cooking (CNaOH (%)-5%, at 100℃, treatment for 2 h). The morphology and chemical structure was characterized by SEM and FT-IR in terms of wheat straw treated before and after. It could be indicated the content of the lignin might be lowered by acid-alkali cooking on wheat straw.
