摘 要:运用化工模拟软件ASPEN PLUS,研究了内部热集成精馏塔(HIDiC)对复杂的石油裂解生产乙烯副产的碳五馏分的分离效果。在相同的操作条件下,HIDiC与常规精馏塔(CDiC)出料组成基本一致,证明了HIDiC对碳五体系分离的可行性。考察了压缩比、传热方式对HIDiC能耗的影响,对塔的结构进行了优化。优化后的HIDiC较CDiC节能86.7%,年均总费用降低7.4%。The heat-integrated distillation column (HIDiC) is a new type of efficient distillation unit. In this paper, the performance of HIDIC on separation of complex C5 fraction, which is byproduct of oil cracking during producing ethylene, is investigated with chemical engineering simulation software ASPEN PLUS. The HIDiC and conventional column (CDiC) have similar product composition under the same operating condition, which proves that HIDiC is feasible in separation of C5 mixture. The effects of compression ratio and heat duty distribution model on the energy consumption are studied, and the tower structure is optimized. The optimized internal heat-integrated distillation column provides energy-saving effect of 86. 7%, and the total annual cost reduced by 7.4% compared to the conventional distillation COlUmn.
