摘  要:常减压装置是炼油企业的龙头,而电脱盐设施是常减压装置的第一道重要工序,电脱盐的效果好坏直接关系到后续加工过程中的催化剂寿命、装置开工、环保排放、经济效益等多方面的指标。原油脱水脱盐的关键是通过物理或化学作用破坏其乳化结构,炼油企业目前用的传统方法是添加化学破乳剂,但随着电脱盐技术的发展,此方法的局限性已经越来越明显,与当前所倡导的节能环保理念不符。本文介绍了超声波电脱盐技术在华北石化常减压装置电脱盐罐上的应用,阐述了该技术对电脱盐设施实际运行产生的影响。Atmospheric distillation & vacuum distillation unit is the leading part in the refinery,electric desalting facilities is the first important step of it.Electric desahing effect is good or bad is directly related to many indicators in the follow-up process,for instance,the catalyst life,plant operating,environmental emissions,economic benefits and so on.The key of crude oil dehydration and desalting is to destroy its emulsion structure physically or chemically.To add chemical demulsifiers is currently adopted by the refineries.However with the development of the electric desalting technology,traditional method is,the limitations of the traditional method has become increasingly obvious,which is also inconsistent with the currently advocated energy saving ideas. This article introduces the application of ultrasonic electric desahing technology on the electric desahing tank in North China petrochemical and describes the impact of the technology on the actual operation of the desalination facility.
