摘　　要：本文涉及浦钢电厂的CCPP机组的稳定运行,对生产安全都发挥很大的积极作用。CCPP机组采用纯烧COREX高炉煤气发电技术,对煤气特性要求较高,为了防止燃气轮机使用对机组有害的超高热值COREX煤气,机组采用3台热值仪24小时不间断地分析煤气热值,并调节掺氮的量。由于COREX煤气含水分和杂质较多,所以在进入热值仪这样的精密仪器之前,要对煤气进行初步的处理,除去大部分的水分和杂质,以确保被测煤气的纯度,这样一来,预处理装置就显得必不可少了。多功能气体预处理装置原理简单,功能强大,能在对原有设备不变动的前提下,串入系统参加工作,介质可以为多种气体,在本例中,解决了煤气中大量湿气腐蚀设备,造成故障的根本原因。该装置还提供可视排水和在线取样功能,在方便点检维护的同时,大大提高了操作人员的安全性,降低了设备备件成本,深得用户好评。This paper relates to the stable operation of CCPP unit Pu steel power plant, all play a great positive effect on production safety. CCPP unit uses COREX pure burning blast furnace gas power generation technology, higher requirements on the characteristics of gas, in order to prevent the use of harmful gas turbine unit COREX ultra high calorific value gas, analysis of three sets of calorimeter 24 hours uninterrupted gas calorific value by unit, and adjust the amount of nitrogen doped.
