摘 要:复杂电磁环境对装备的作战效能影响较大,为解决在复杂电磁环境下舰载雷达作战效能评估与预测问题,从舰载雷达作战效能的顶层需求出发,根据探测能力、跟踪能力、保障能力和生存能力四大中间层指标,选取相应的底层指标构建复杂电磁环境的评估层次指标体系;对于评估指标体系中底层指标值采用隶属度函数解析和专家打分两种方法,确定相应指标的隶属度函数;结合电磁环境复杂度评估等级确定采取相应的指标聚合方法,获取舰载雷达效能发挥度量,给复杂电磁环境下舰载雷达作战效能的评估提供了一种理论研究的方法。Complex electromagnetic environment has great influence on the equipment operational effec- tiveness, and in order to solve the problem in a complex electromagnetic environment of ship borne radar operational effectiveness assessment and prediction prob!ems, from the top of the radar to combat effectiveness, according to the detection, tracking and security ability and the ability to survive four middle tier in- dicators, we selected the underlying index of building complex electromagnetic environment evaluation in- dex system of hierarchy. For evaluating index system of the underlying index, we used membership func- tion analysis and expert scoring to determine the corresponding indicators of membership functions. Combi- ning to the rank of the electromagnetic environment complexity evaluation, we determined the correspond- ing index aggregate method and obtained shipboard radar efficiency measure, which provides a method of theoretical research for operational effectiveness assessment of the shipboard radar under complicated elec- tromagnetic environment.
