摘 要:针对密集式叉车立体库的物资存储特点和作业模式,给出了与出入库作业流程相结合的货位状态数据管理过程,以出库作业效率为优化指标实现了货位分配。通过对"预分配→实名化→已上架"三级入库作业货位状态和"预分配→已下架→已回库"三级出库作业货位状态的数据管理,实现与仓库作业管理的协调配合;利用货架电子标识进行作业导引,实现作业人员快速寻找作业货位;在入库作业的制定入库作业计划阶段采用"托盘组—货格"耦合策略进行货位分配,得到的货位分配方案在不改变原有物资存储位置的前提下能够达到最高出库效率。The rack statuses in inbound and outbound processes of a high-density high-rack warehouse were exhibited and the storage distribution was optimized to achieve the highest efficiency in outbound operation, based on the storage characters and operation mode of the warehouse. To synchronize the data of rack statuses and the steps of operation in the warehouse management system, the division of "crude allocation→ pallet-rack match-→loaded into racks" for inbound process and "assignment → unloaded from racks→ return residual goods" for outbound process were introduced. To help workers find the given rack quickly and accurately, signal lamps were fixed on the racks to perform as guiders. In the step of make the inbound plan, the method of "mapping from pallet groups to shelves" was employed to optimize the storage distribution, by which the concluded distribution can perform the highest outbound efficiency under the condition of keeping the location of original goods in the warehouse.
