摘  要:为提高钛合金TC4的抗高温氧化性能,采用加弧辉光离子渗金属技术在TC4基体表面渗铝制备富铝合金化层,并对合金化试样的微观组织结构、室温性能及高温氧化行为进行表征。结果表明,所得合金化层主要由Ti Al3相构成,厚度均匀,与基体之间呈良好的冶金结合,显微硬度约为476 HV,平均摩擦因数为0.35,综合性能优于TC4基体。合金化层在800°C下氧化100 h后的主要产物为Al2O3,单位面积增重为TC4基体的1/30,抗高温氧化能力明显提高。To improve the oxidation resistance of TC4 titanium alloy at high temperature, a Ti–Al alloyed coating was prepared on its surface by arc-added glow discharge technology. The microstructure, room temperature properties, and oxidation behavior at high temperature of the aluminized TC4 titanium alloy were characterized. It is shown that the alloyed coating is mainly composed of TiAl3 phase and has better overall performance such as a uniform thickness, a strong metallurgical bonding to substrate, a microhardness of 476 HV, and an average friction coefficient of 0.35. The major product of the alloyed coating after oxidizing at 800 °C for 100 h is Al2O3 and the weight gain per unit area is 1/30 that of the TC4 substrate, indicating that the oxidation resistance of TC4 substrate at high temperature is improved significantly.
