摘　　要：强调了高校化学实验技术人员在培养人才方面的重要作用。提出在建设国家级实验教学示范中心和化学实验教学实践中,实验技术人员应正确自我定位,以饱满的工作热情和积极的工作态度,不断完善理论知识结构、提高实验技术水平、掌握与本职工作密切相关的其他专业技术,做到一专多能,在化学实验教学中发挥更加积极的作用。This article emphasizes the experimental technicians playing the role in chemical experimental teaching. Under the new situation of developing national experiment teaching demonstration center and introducing well educated experimental technicians, the technicians should set new standards, have positive attitude, improve theoretical knowledge, experimental techniques and other closely related technical expertise, thus to play a more active role in the chemical experimental teaching.
