摘　　要：目的探讨导乐式陪伴分娩对促进自然分娩中产程等的影响。方法选择商丘市妇幼保健院2012年1月—2014年8月进行自然分娩的产妇300例,将其随机分成观察组及对照组各150例,观察组产妇给予导乐式陪伴分娩,对照组的产妇进行常规分娩监护,对比两组产妇的产时情况、产程以及产妇满意情况。结果观察组产妇的产程、产妇满意度分别为(6.31±2.67)h及90%,明显优于对照组产妇,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇自然分娩率等情况亦优于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导乐式陪伴分娩有助于促进自然分娩,有效缩短产程时间,还可以提高顺产率、产妇满意度和新生儿质量,从而提高了母婴的健康。Objective To investigate the influence of Doula accompany delivery style to promote natural childbirth in the production process and the like. Methods Shangqiu City MCH January 2012 - August 2014 were 300 cases of maternal natural childbirth, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 150 cases, the observation group mothers give birth doula type accompany the control group routine maternal childbirth, when comparing two groups of maternal production situation, and maternal satisfaction with the birth process. Results The maternal labor, maternal satisfaction were （6. 31 ±2. 67） h and 90%, significantly better than the control group mothers, comparing the differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05） ; maternal natural birth rate in the observation group, etc. also better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant comparison （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The Doula accompany delivery style helps promote natural childbirth, shorten labor time, can also increase the birth rate, the quality of maternal and neonatal satisfaction, thus improving maternal and child health.
