摘　　要：目的了解沙漠油田野外工人职业紧张和生理健康现况,为职业人群身心健康的预防提供科学依据。方法整群抽取新疆地区沙漠油田野外作业工人1 500人,进行职业紧张量表修订版(OSI-R)和慢性非传染性疾病调查表问卷调查。结果不同性别、工龄和工种工人职业紧张水平均不同(均P<0.05);慢性疾病患病情况前5位依次为:颈、腰部疾病(19.9%)、高血压(15.3%)、高血脂(11.3%)、骨关节疾病(9.7%)、慢性消化系统疾病(9.4%);男性患高血压和高血脂疾病均多于女性(均P<0.01),随着工龄的增加,患颈、腰部疾病和高血压的例数均增加(均P<0.001),随着职业紧张水平的增加,高血压例数增加(χ2=6.29,P=0.012)。结论沙漠油田野外作业工人职业紧张和健康状况问题较为严重,性别、工龄和职业紧张可能是工人患慢性病的影响因素。Objective To examine the status of occupational stress and physical health among oil workers engaged in desert field operation and to provide evidences for health promotion in the workers. Methods Cross-sectional study was adopted to investigate 1 500 oil workers engaged in desert field operation. Perceived occupational stress and physical health were evaluated with Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition（OSI-R） and a questionnaire on non-communi- cable chronic diseases. Results The top five chronic diseases with higher prevalences were neck or lumbar illness （ 19.9 % ）, hypertension（ 15.3 % ）, hyperlipidemia（ 11.3 % ）, osteoarticular diseases （ 9.7 % ） , and chronic diseases of di- gestive system（ 9.4% ）, with higher prevaiences of hypertension and hyperlipidemia among the male workers than among the female workers （ both P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the prevalence of neck or lumbar illness and hypertension increased with the in- crement of working years（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The level of occupational stress was significantly different among the workers of different gender and kind of work（ P 〈 0.05 ） and positively related to the prevalence of hypertension（ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclu- sion Occupational stress is serious, the physical health status is not good, and gender, working years and occupational stress are influencing factors of chronic illnesses among the oil workers engaged in desert field operation.
