开封市居民慢性病与相关危险因素监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省开封市顺河回族区居民主要慢性病患病情况及危险因素,为制订防控策略提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法 ,抽取2 643名≥18岁常住居民进行问卷调查及身体测量。结果开封市慢性病患病率为28.98%,男女患病率分别为26.35%、31.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.002、P=9.382);慢性病患病率随年龄增长呈上升趋势(χ2=0.000、P=254.841);城乡居民慢性病患病率分别为33.05%、24.96%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.000、P=21.018)。居于慢性病前3位疾病依次为高血压(23.95%)、糖尿病(7.61%)和冠心病(5.87%)。多因素分析显示,高盐饮食、高油饮食、年龄大、中心性肥胖、饮酒过量、吸烟是居民慢性病患病的主要危险因素。结论开封市顺河回族区居民慢性病患病率处于较高水平,应制定相应政策消除相关危险因素。Objective To examine the prevalence and risk factors of main chronic diseases among residents m 51aunlae Hui nationality district of Kaifeng city and to provide bases for formulating prevention and control strategy. Methods With random cluster sampling, a questionnaire survey and physical measurements were conducted among 2 643 permanent resi- dents aged over 18 years. Results The prevalence rate of non-communicable chronic diseases was 28. 98% and increased with the increment of age. The age-adjusted rate was significantly higher among the females than among the males （ 31.76% vs. 26. 35.6% ;X2 = 9. 382, P = 0. 002 ） and the age-adjusted rate of urban residents was significantly higher than that of rural residents （33.05 % vs. 24. 96 % ;X2 = 21.018, P = 0. 000 ）. The top three diseases with higher prevalence were hypertension （ 23.95 % ） , diabetes （ 7.61% ）, and coronary heart disease （ 5.87% ） . The results of logistic regression showed that high salt diet, high dietary oil intake, central obesity, age, excessive alcohol consumption, and smoking were risk factors of non-communicable chronic diseases among the residents. Conclusion The prevalence of chronic diseases is at a higher level and relevant measures should be taken to control the risk factors.
