四川省夹江县血吸虫病防治成效分析

摘　　要：目的分析总结四川省乐山市夹江县血吸虫病传播阻断达标经验,为今后的防控工作提供参考和借鉴。方法收集整理1957-2013年的血防综合治理资料和数据,分析血吸虫病疫情和总结达标工作中的经验。结果国土部门实施土地整理和金土地工程2 400万m2;农业部门改造下湿田及水改旱840万m2,修建沼气池15 285口,新建和整治沟渠118 km,水改旱种植197.6万m2;水务部门开展塘库血防改造项目90余处,沟渠硬化52 km,新建农村安全饮用水工程60座,节水灌溉工程1座;卫生部门累计查螺18 466.28万m2,累计完成药物反复灭螺10 395.35万m2,人群查病181.27万人次,人群化疗43.36万人次,积极开展血防健康教育,学生血防知识知晓率达100%;林业部门植树造林1 267万m2,植树360万株,兴林抑螺、退耕还林733万m2,全县森林覆盖率达34.3%;畜牧部门累计完成查牛23.55万头次,耕牛全部圈养;农机部门农户购买耕、种、收作业机械4 759台(套),全县机耕率达95%以上。2009年以来,连续5年未发现血吸虫病患者和病牛,2012年以来连续2年未查到钉螺。结论四川省乐山市夹江县已达到血吸虫病传播阻断标准。Objective To analyze and summarize the transmission blocking experiences in Jiajiang county, Sichuan province, and to provide references for the prevention and control measures against schistosomiasis. Methods The data of comprehensive treatment against schistosomiasis during 1957 -2013 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results A total area of 2.4 × 10^7 m^2 was implemented land consolidation and ＂Golden land project＂ by land ministries. The agricultural sector remoulded 8.4 × 10^6 m Ewet field and constructed 15 825 biogas digesters, developed and renovated 118 km irrigation canals and ditches and remoul- ded 1. 976 × 10^6 paddy filed to dry land. The waterworks department carried out 90 renovation projects towards ponds and reservoirs and hardened 52 km irrigation canals and ditches, finished 60 rural safe drinking water projects and a water - saving irrigation project. The department of health examined a total area of 1. 846629 ×10^8 m^2 and completed repeatedly snail control in 1. 039535 × 10^8 m^2. There were 1.81.27 × 10^6 person/ time conducted clinical examination and 4. 336 × 10^5 person time conducted chemotherapy. Prevention and control knowledge health education was actively carried out and the awareness rate among the students was 100%. The forestry department afforested 1. 267 × 10^7 m^2, planted 3.6 × 10^6 trees and returned the grain plots to forestry for 7.33× 10^6 m^2. The forest coverage rate in the county was 34.3%. The livestock sector examined accumulatively 2. 355 ×10^5 livestock and the farm cattle were all raised in captivity. The agricultural machinery department purchased 4759 machines for ploughing, sowing and harvesting, the tractor - ploughing rate reached to over 95%. Since 2009, there were no schistosomiasis cases and affected cattle. Since 2012, there was no oncomelania detected. Conclusion The blocking standard has been reached in Jiajiang county, Sichuan province.
