摘 要:广州正为维修和升级直埋式地下电缆和管道反复施工,造成地面和地下严重拥堵所困扰。虽然广州市政府已采取一些行政管理法规减少维修和升级综合管线的道路施工申请,但市区还是深受直埋管沟反复施工的负面影响。结合过往项目的经验和技术,中新知识城已建成一套新的先进综合管沟系统。概述中新知识城综合管沟技术及特点,分析中新知识城作为解决广州城区道路地下拥堵的参考方案。Guangzhou is currently struggling with serious congestion of the roads(surface and subsurface) caused by recurring construction,repair and upgrading of cables and pipes in direct burial trenches around the city.Although Guangzhou government has adopted some administration regulatory requirements to reduce road construction applications for repairing and upgrading utility cables and pipes,the city is still suffering for the negative effects caused by recurring construction projects of direct burial trenches.Integrated with the experience and techniques in other projects,a new advanced utility tunnel system is built in SinoSingapore Knowledge City.The paper summarizes the techniques and features of unity tunnel project in Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City,and analyzes the project as a supposed solution of the road subsurface congestion for Guangzhou city.
