摘　　要：口腔术综合治疗仪是口腔治疗必备的大型仪器设备,对各功能部件的控制及模块间协调要求严格;基于STC系列的51单片机设计了一种新型的控制系统,利用PWM控制方法解决了手术照明的无级调光问题;对反馈信号进行处理,实现了座椅的精确控制与位置记忆;设计了合理的电源与接口,可以外挂驱动多种相关手术仪器;高精度的电源监控电路,保证了系统的安全运行,实现了二次上电的状态恢复;通过上位机与网络,实现了对仪器的远程控制与维护;系统低功耗,低电磁辐射,抗干扰能力强;该系成功统应用于佛山某外资公司并实现产业化,效果良好,已远销各地。Oral Operation comprehensive treatment instrument is a large instrument and equipment necessary for the oral treatment, the control and coordination of each function component module is strictly; designed a new control system based on STC series 51 single chip microcomputer, using PWM control method to solve the problem of operation stepless dimming lighting; processing the feedback signal, realizes the accurate control and position memory seat; designed a reasonable power supply and interface, which could plug drive multiple related operation instrument; high precision power monitoring circuit ensure the safe operation of the system, and achieved two power on state recovery; through the host computer and the network, realize remote control and maintenance of the instrument. With low power consumption, low electromagnetic radiation, strong anti--interference ability, the system good application effect. This system successful used for one Foshan Foreign capital company and realize industrialization, the effect is good, have been sold throughout.
