摘 要:短信息服务(short message service,SMS)广泛被应用于移动设备间收发文本信息,具有低成本、使用方便、网络覆盖广和可靠性高等诸多优点,在工业设备远程监控领域具有广阔的应用空间;数据监控系统通常针对某一个或者一类设备而设计,其通用性和可移植性通常较差,对一般用户而言,开发门槛和成本较高;讲述了采用VC6.0和Acces数据库实现基于SMS的通用型远程数据记录和实时监控系统,通过恰当的数据结构设计和模块化编程,屏蔽了硬件差别,大大降低了用户的开发成本和开发难度,快速实现手持设备对一般工业设备的实时数据监控。Short Message Service (SMS) is widely used for sending and receiving text messages between mobile devices. It possesses many ad- vantages such as low cost, easy to use, extensive network coverage and high reliability and has been extensively applied in areas of remote monitoring of industrial equipments. Most of the data monitoring systems are usually designed for one or one class of devices, so their universality and portability are relatively poor. For average users, it means higher threshold of technics and development costs. This paper describes a SMS--based universal remote data logging and real--time monitoring system which is designed with VC6.0 and Access databases. Through appropriate design of data structure and modular programming, the hardware differences are shielded and the cost and difficulty of development for the users are greatly reduced. The sys- tem is powerful for quickly realizing real--time data monitoring of general industrial equipments via handheld devices.
